My Story
Hi, I'm Marla Dziedzic and I am the founder of Evolve Consulting, LLC. I am an executive coach, professional trainer, and consultant. My mission is to use my gifts to serve and develop others, so they find purpose and passion as their life evolves. Some of my most popular areas are emotional intelligence, coaching, leadership development programs, navigating difficult conversations, and resilient leadership and well-being programs.
To evolve means to grow with intention and purpose. Over the past 30 years, I have devoted my career to becoming a life-long learner and have been surrounded by many great leaders and mentors in healthcare, banking, and manufacturing.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls. I have certifications in DiSC, Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), Crucial Conversations, and I am a Master Certified Physician Development Coach.
When I am not developing others, I am happiest playing games with my children and grandchildren, being outdoors, and traveling with my husband, Dean.
